Order Policies & Shipping around South Africa
- Production time of jewellery takes about 5 - 7 working days after being paid for
- We send all jewellery by overnight door to door courier with Aramex
- All parcels sent will have a unique tracking number that you will receive when goodies are sent
- All Jewellery pieces are handmade with love and may vary slightly to the photo provided
- Each piece is packaged and wrapped with care
- If a product is damaged on arrival or you would like an exchange please notify us within 7 days
- As products are custom orderd and hand made no refunds can be given
